• Sixtoolplayers.com lets you ask short, specific, baseball-related questions to one or more Six Tool Players Expert.
• You must pre-pay a fee for asking a question. For single questions, the fee is $15.00, and for video analysis, the fee is $30.00.

What happens to my question after it is submitted?

• As soon as your question is submitted, it gets assigned to the Six Tool Players Instructor you selected.
• Expect your question to be answered within a few hours from the time it was submitted.
• You will receive an email when a Six Tool Players Instructor responds to your question, declines your question, or does not answer your question within 24 hours.

What happens to my payment?

• If you do not receive a response from a Six Tool Players Instructor within 24 hours of asking a question, or if the instructor declines the question for any reason, you can re-use the deposit to ask another question to any other consultant, or you can send us an email to request a refund, using the Contact Us form. We will process your refund in 2 business days.
• If you receive a response from a Six Tool Players Expert within 24 hours, and you are satisfied with the answer, the deposit is consumed, and you cannot re-use the deposit towards another question.
